Kirill is a corporate and intellectual property associate at Carmel, Milazzo & DiChiara LLP (CMD). His practice focuses on IP, technology, finance, and corporate law. He also concentrates on advising on international trade law, international commercial and investment transactions.
Prior to joining CMD, Kirill was involved in a broad range of matters assisting software development companies, videogame companies, blockchain startups, original equipment manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and investors. His multicultural experience, extensive training in both civil and common law jurisdictions, as well as high expertise in various areas of law, allow him to better understand the clients’ complex situations and render first class services.
Kirill earned an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2014, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. Prior to UNH Law, he graduated with honors from Tver State University Faculty of Law with a Bachelor of Law in 2011 and an LL.M. in 2013.
Kirill is fluent in Russian, and is admitted to practice in both New York State and Russia.
